According to the Chinese zodiac, this is the year of the Tiger and our colleagues in our two offshore factories will shortly be taking a well earned break.
We have prepared a chart showing the impact on delivery timescales for standard 11 working days delivery according to when you place your order.
Here at Tecbridge Circuits, we are taking advantage of the closedown to undertake essential IT and software infrastructure upgrades and improving our processes and procedures. We will however continue to provide technical support and advice over this period, and we will continue to monitor emails, customers file uploads and of course be available by telephone. We will contunue to process customers orders and generate quotations.
Our Shijiazhuang factory normally handles all our single and double sided PCB's on standard and 8 working day delivery timescales. Our Shenzen factory normally handles all other requirements including 5-7 working day turnaround orders and all multilayer boards. Single and double sided boards made at Shenzen are subject to higher minimum order charges for repeat orders. Tooling is not transferrable between the factories.
The information which follows relates to orders on standard delivery timescales. We can also expedite orders at increased cost, subject to acceptance by our factory and depending on factory loading. If you cannot order before our drop-dead dates for normal delivery timescales, please ring for advice and we will try to offer you expedited order options.
